Free US Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required — every order ships free.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team and we will do everything we can to help.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
