We do not require the original packaging for returns. If the product arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@aelzo.com with a photo of the damage. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — and we'll cover any return shipping.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items
